I look to get the Duskmantle Guildmage into play as quickly as possible, as well as an unblockable creature and a piece of equipment. With a decent draw you should be able to hit with the unblockable and equipped creature around turn 4 or 5. With the guildmage it becomes possible to deal lethal damage on turn 5.
