I'm trying to build a not so bad modern b/u/w reanimator deck. Probably not a efficient as the one which is played in nowadays tournaments (I mean the r/b/g deck with goryo's and through the breach) but I think it could win a couple of games. Problem is that there is not that many reanimator spells in modern. Also, there is no careful study so the blue cards are'nt that great. But there do are a couple of things I like about that deck. First, the fact that most of the reanimator spells are instants: you can return Elesh Norn or Jin-Gitaxias from the grave at anytime, wiping all thoses elves or forcing your opponent to flush his/her hand (casting Jin-Gitaxias while tapped out). The Necrotic Ooze/Griselbrand and Zombie infestation matchup is also a cool thing, coupled with (again) Elesh Norn, granting you a 4/4 zombies army. Having Necrotic Ooze in play and Griselbrand/Borborygmos in the graveyard can do a whole bunch of damages too.Clearly - and sadly - the deck would be quite better in a legacy format. :(Anyways, I would really like to know your advices on this. Edit: I flushed out Jin-Gitaxias to put gigantomancer or godsire. Not sure about wich one of the two I prefer. I think that gigantomancer would be nice to make thy zombies or the Oona's become 7/7 (for 1 colorless mana !) while ooze in play (I would'nt spend a reanimator spell on this guy).I would really like some suggestions concerning the sideboard and the capability of the deck to support the actual metagame.
