Deck Description

Mega Mana Ramp! Cards like Harrow serve to get Scute Mob growing and Dragonmaster Outcast producing 5/5 dragons by turn three, while in late game serves as deck thinning and landfall for the Baloths. Kargan Dragonlord in the mean time makes a good sponge for soaking up all that extra mana you end up with while ramping and throwing out more one drop scutes and lightning bolts. Finally, Asceticism protects most of your creatures from removal.

I've played with a similar build, with some success. I've made changes and now it's in a new experimental stage and am looking for advice/opinions, so please comment! =)
