Basically just do things like play Spark Trooper, attack, play Rush of Blood on him, followed by Boros Charm for Double Strike to make him a 12/1 dealing 24 damage if unblocked and gaining you 24 life. Finish off if necessary by playing Fling to sacrifice him and deal another 12 damage to the face. If blocked by a creature with first strike and don't have Boros Charm in hand, play Swift Justice to trade and still get the damage through with a bonus of gaining life if attacking with a creature other than Spark Trooper.
