A goblin-based Storm deck.
Use the Goblin Electromancers to make your spells much cheaper, and begin chaining together combos that terminate in one of the storm spells. The Guttersnipe will punish your opponents for every link in your combo chain, and the storm spell you choose to cap your combo will dole out some serious effects. The Guttersnipe's "each opponent" wording bypasses the Witchbane Orb entirely, as well as any type of "Shroud" or "Hexproof" effect.My favorite T2 combo:T1: MountainT2: Mountain -> Desperate Ritual -> Seething Song -> Seething Song -> Lightning Bolt -> Lightning Bolt -> Ignite Memories.That's 6 damage, plus 6 random cards worth of CMC damage to your opponent. Often, enough to end the game outright, or effectively make the game a curb-stomp afterwards.

I'm assuming you're going for Modern legal here. If so, as of today (Friday 01 Febuary 2013) Seething Song is banned in Modern :'(Just thought I'd inform you.
