Tons of rats discard their hand to maintain the advantage (i know Liliana of the Veil and cavern of souls would be great but it would max out the deck value and i have a realistic budget)

Good option for a good beatstick/distraction would be Desecration Demon, you give them the option to sac their blocker's giving your rat's the ability to go in for the win. Another great addition is Liliana of the Veil +1 we each discard a card, -2 opponent sac's a creature, -6 give me your cards, here's 1 pile here's another choose which you keep.
