Take out your other 5 1 Of's and put in 4 Terror and add 1 more Mortivore plus take out the Nightmare and Needle and put in 4 Korlash.
You already have 3 consume spirit. I would substitute corrupt and Drain life for Megrim, this way you can hurt your opponent when you make them discard. Very cool deck , Cheers
