i would try gravecrawler (not sure what you would take out) and despise instead of distress (worth just to look at their hand!) and dismember would be cool in this.

I rather like distress cause you con look at their hand and choose anything and gravecrawler would be that usefull in this type of deck
Dismember is good as a sideboard card, as I see what you're doing with Distress. Get your opponent to discard something then Surgically Extract the rest of them, clever move I like this deck.
