Thalia's Lieutenant and Hanweir Militia Captain prompted me to rebuild a soldier token flood to leverage the "human"-triggered counter ramp. Scout's Warning lets you drop a Militia Captain at the end of your opponent's turn. There's only 1 Cavern of Souls because this is a real paper deck, and I only possess 1. Remove the 1 card, this is a $40 deck.
Best opener is always Champion, follow up with turn 2 Lieutenant, or 2 elite, or gather the townsfolk... Champion swings for 3 on turn 2. You should be able to attack for 9+ on turn 3 and over 20 on turn 4 fairly often. If the counter ramp falls behind, Odric will give you advantage back on turn 5. The mana curve lets this play fairly well with only 2 mana, if you don't end up with a handful of Odric and Silverblade early game.
