Deck Description

Standard format (Alara/M10/Zendikar) centered around Sanguine Bond.

Early game:
Steppe Lynx (with landfall +2/+2) to heckle.
Bloodghast (with landfall resurrection) to defend or heckle.
Sunspring Expedition (with landfall counters) to collect counters.
Marsh Flats (double landfall/fetchland, costs 1 life but untapped)
Terramorphic Expanse (double landfall/fetchland tapped)
Path to Exile (sacrifice a creature + fetchland tapped) for a third landfall in a single turn as an instant.

Midgame:
Wall of Faith (unlimited boost defender) to block.
Vampire Nighthawk (lifelink+deathtouch+flying) to heckle enemy's health and block flyers.
Diabolic Tutor (fetchcard)

Endgame:
Sanguine Bond (damage to enemy mirrors life gained)
Vampire's Bite (+3/+0 & lifelink kicker) on Lynx (kicked) or Nighthawk (unkicked)

Win condition:
Blood Tribute (enemy loses half life & kicker you gain same) tap Nighthawk, and life gain causes enemy death via Sanguine Bond.

Sideboard:
Needlebite Trap for dealing with lifegain decks.
Additional land can be used when facing a control deck which may thwart or delay key strategy elements.
Planar Cleansing can be used against Makindi Shieldmate, Godsire, Darksteel Collosus, Progenitus, etc.

Additional notes:
Heavy use of plains benefits the Wall of Faith and Landbind Ritual.
Lots of fetchlands mean that land can be unbalanced and sparse, but sparse land is dangerous if play lasts too long or if Planar Cleansing is played.
Path to Exile can be used on the enemy to exile targetable creatures.
Fetchland cards could be played later in the game to boost Lynx+Bite and/or Landfall Expedition as an alternate win condition failing Blood Tribute.
Diabolic Tutor can double as a pseudo-fetchland if needed.
