So, I love my Simic, and I will forever, but it is getting a bit old. I'm looking for some new, obscure, cheap, and working deck ideas. I'm leaning toward werewolves right now with the new Innistrad drops, but that would be anything but cheap, so some ideas, please!

"Simic" is just a colour combination. You didn't even specify a format. Can't you be a tad bit more specific? What about a deck that focusses on the top card of player's libraries? Something along the line of Temporal Spring, Elven Warhounds, Helm of Obedience etc.
