This deck is based loosely on the "Mono Blue" Dragons Control deck that has been circulating recently and has done fairly well in recent PTQs. My version takes out the Ojutais and Silumgars in favor of Stormbreaths and Thunderbreaks, this is primarily a wallet-based decision, however it also allows the deck to be more aggressive, gives it access to burn in the sideboard and takes away some of the need to have 4x crucible of the spirit dragon (which can really clog up your game if you ever draw more than one of them). Looking for suggestions for the sideboard for one or two cards to take up the last four slots. My initial thoughts lean towards hornets nest, sarkhan unbroken or dromoka's command, but testing is definitely necessary here.
This deck is definitely a control deck at its' core, although the addition of Stormbreath and Thunderbreak Regent allow the deck to occaisonally be breakout aggressive and catch your opponent by surprise.

well, the quantity i chose is based of the ptq winning deck that this one is based off of, but that doesn't necessarily mean its the right choice for this deck, do you have any suggestions for what i could put in instead?
I'd say definitely 4x Anticipate. Treasure Cruise would also help.
been doing a little revamping, newer list will be up soon. probably will be 3x anticipate and no treasure cruise, since anticipate doesn't actually generate card advantage and no treasure cruise since i have 2x dig through time.
