Classic U/G madness deck, with some minor tweaks. To be more control-oriented, you can include Daze and Counterspell. To be even more aggressive, swap Looters for full set of Aquamoebas.

consider trickery charm over wonder I've played blue green madness for years and recently dropped wonder to 1 and use 4 trickery charm, maybe for your case drop quiet spec and 2 wonder for 4 trickery, unless you're really looking to throw out those roar's quick, but it's always more convenient to throw them out off careful study, rather then just eliminating them quick but overall good ug mad
