Or instant loss since a judge can say that you were intentional making an infinite loop and then disqualify you.

no he's going for an infinite combo, not loop so he wouldnt be dq'd.
and if you would like to see my version of this deck, that's the link. I've had the deck since rtr launched so i've had lots of time test with it and modify it.

Infinite combos are still infinite. All the other person has to do is say "This is something infinite" to a judge and then he wins.

No you are false, this combo is actually legal. He can just say that he makes it 5000 times then ends it so this way it is not infinite.
