Circu is better in control decks than quick milling ones. i suggest you put some defencive creatures or more counterspells like remand if you want one that mills use the one from lorwyn and you wont be able to use memory sluice to its full potential so id suggest drowner initiante
I agree with AdamDaiyo. A good counterspell would be Induce Paranoia, as it also mills. Another good card is Traumatize. It wipes out half of their library!
You might also want some Mind Funerals in there.
you might need more creatures. the deck looks too vulnerable and can be taken out pretty easily with a rush deck. zaplight is right, get traumatize!
