Hmmmm, looks like a pretty cool blue/white control deck. I like the hindering light, cause it deals with anything that targets you or your permanents AND u draw a card. The only thing I would recommend would be to add some Glacial Fortresses to smooth out ur mana.

Oh yeah I know, they're tons of other cards I would like to add, but I'm trying to make it a budget deck. (yes, I know they're 4 Baneslayers -.-).
Well, 4 glacial fortresses wont cost too much, 15-20 bucks tops. and lol yeah baneslayers are a must have for any white deck, budget or not.
