I wanted to build a Dimir mill deck that would hopefully do fairly well in Modern. This deck is designed to disrupt my opponent as quickly as possible
Szadek, Lord of Secrets, Glimpse The Unthinkable, Tome Scour, Dream Twist and Psychic Strike are used to mill a substantial amount of my opponent's Library. Black Cat, Thoughtseize and Dimir Cutpurse are used to dwindle my opponent's hand. Disfigure is used to kill any creatures that threaten my strategy. Rogue's Passage is used to make Szadek, Lord of Secrets and Dimir Cutpurse's Abilities go off.
