I would swap for Lilliana of the Veil. Your strategy is great for distributed tokens but one really beefy guy that can get progressivly bigger is going to give you trouble. I would put in a little bit of deathtouch and 2-3 lilliana of the veil. Also undying partisan may crowd your hand at 4 considering his survivability, so I would put in something like Bone Picker or archetype of finality. I also think you have a few too many 6 costs in the deck. Crypt ghast and dark rit are great for getting a lot of mana but I would still bring the 6 costs down maybe just drop silumgar entirely and add some draw like sign in blood or read the bones. If you go mono I would also drop the singer for some solid black targeted removal to also deal with anything that's pumpable. I think any hydra or life gain pump deck would get around the -1's pretty easily.
