Too many dragons. Add more creature removal, a demonic tutor, vampiric tutor, and a couple Zirilan of the Claw. Narrow down to best dragons and affects after their death. Hellkite Oerlord is a speedy 8 damage.

Dragonspeaker Shaman are a must in dragon decks. I'd get rid of the Karona, the Dragon Tyrant, a Dragon Mage or two, a Shivan Dragon and Nicol Bolas. Hellkite Overlord would be pretty great, as well as some cheaper dragons like Dragon Whelp or Furnace Whelp. Changelings like Woodland Changeling might be able to hold down the fort until you can get the dragons out, and be nice sacrifice targets later on. A few solid burn spells such as Incinerate couldn't hurt either. Llanowar Elves, Dark Ritual, Rite of Flame, and Seething Song might help with your high mana curve. I would cut out one of each Recurring Nightmare and Sneak Attack. Jungle Shrine might be a bit helpful as well. I don't know how well you'd be able to pull off a Dragonstorm, but it might be very nice.
Oh, Hellkite Hatchling is another cheap dragon option.
