Nice deck, but I think Strip Mine, Constant Mists, Tangleroot, Sylvan Library and Howling Mine are unnescessary. Maybe you add Llanowar Elves instead of Quirion Elves for the first turn. Instead of Sylvan Library, Harmonize. In addition Seeker of Skybreak and maybe Oracle of Nectars because you play Priest of Titania. Maybe something more but all in all it looks nice.

Llanowar Sentinel, Quiron Elves, Sylvan Library (as a one of), Constant Mists (is a waste of space in an aggressive deck), and Whirlwind (as a one of and also as a portal card) are weak. Add elvish promenade, imperious perfect, heritage druid, and lys alana huntsmaster. Coat of Arms/Door of Destinies/Dolmen Gate are all good artifacts to add in an elf deck.
