I"d take out Chandra. It doesn't seem you have enough instants/sorceries to make it that useful. Put in another Temur Ascendency in instead (that way you're more likely to get it) and another Kiora.

Chandra is not played for her ultimate. She makes creatures unable to block which improves my win clock
I personally think there are better cards to use, ones that combo better with the deck, but if it works for u, awesome! :)
