firstly, splashing blue makes reanimate a ton better. But, for mono black you need disruption to ensure this goes off. +4 hymn to tourach +4 duress you don't need that many entomb targets. I'd consider bumping Jin-Gitaxias up to a 2 of though. for blue run underground sea and fetches and run daze and force of will for counters. and run careful study and brainstorm. Either way, I'd cut animate dead down to 2. A huge strength of this deck is that it can go of on turn one or two even if you mulligan down to 4 cards so you don't need as many reanimation spells. just mulligan if you don't have one.

I have a deck similar. I have to keep its value below $200 for the guys I play with but it is allowed to be vintage legal. all in all though it is pretty close to what you are going for and pretty solid. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=265116
