Beast Within instead of Bramblecrush? It can be dual purposed to destroy an opponent's permanent (a 3/3 for getting rid of Gideon? Sure!) and can be used to replace a creature with one or more tokens -- potentially 5x 6/6's, and then recur the creature with Brink. Also, Mausoleum Guard and Geist-Honored Monk could be more potent replacements to Roc Egg.
