I remember facing a deck like this and i remember just making sure i used my hand as fast as i could so they couldn't discard cards from me. I suppose the rack kind of keeps them from doing that, but you only have 1 in your deck. I'd suggest sign in blood. You can get them to draw two cards and lose two life and then you could just discard those cards that turn so they can lose more life.
