You're basically looking to get either heartmender or melira out so you can get your persist creatures to continue infinitely. When those are out, basically use your creatures to attack and block with no concern whether or not they'll die, cause if they do, just return them to the battlefield. I added some enchantments and sorceries that allow you to sacrifice a creature for benefits. This works perfectly for a persist deck cause you can sac all you want and not be at any loss. Consider splashing black and adding some demons to wreck even more.
