I just test played it with the urge to feed and the blade of the bloodchief in it, and it didn't work that well. I decided to leave the deck like this. Still this is an aggro deck and not an control deck, it needs to handle fast, so that it can win.

Well I don't like Pulse Tracker that much, that's why I used Lacerator in stead of it, and I probably will never use the ability of Captivating Vampire because of the five creatures you need to tap for it. Urge to feed is a good idea and I will try to put some in, same as the Blade of the Bloodchief.
This is just a fantastic deck idea. Nice deck, maybe a bit slow, but i don't think that there are a lot ways to change that. Like the idea of card draw damage with Psychosis Crawler and Consecrated Sphinx.
In this deck i specificly wanted to play mono green and no black creatures.
I think it will work very well against knights
i just made for people as a begin deck so you can upgrade it.

i made this deck a whil ago, and i have to say that it worked really well against my friends. from the 10 times i only lost 2 battles.
