My first Standard attempt at a R/G deck. (yes, it is standard. Prized Unicorn was reprinted in Origins, just only found in the deck builders kit.) The intent was some ramp, quick monsters for the start, some biggies for the end, and a few little bits for just in case (like the 'Back to Nature')
The main plan was low price guys to charge in early and provide some meat shield while rampping and getting things like the Zendikar Incarnates on the table. Ideal would be getting the hyrda out early so they would be all pummed up by the time of the last strike. Then with either the Infectious Bloodlust or the Hammer on the table before, put out the Prized Unicorn and swing with everything. The unicorn draws all the enemy forces, and you can just walk on through with all sorts of ick. And with the Sabertooth on the field, you can bounce out the unicorn if something doesn't quite work out there.Oddly, the aggro aspect worked a bit too well, and I never got this strategy off... Still, not a strong deck yet, but it did prove itself in the short term.
