Two things:Firstly standard legal besides the blackcleave cliffs, you need to get blood crypts and you'd be good for FNM and such as far as legality.Markov blademaster.... I would remove that card and go after Vampire Nighthawk. Your running captains so your good with Nighthawk having first strike deathtouch lifelink 3/4 flyer. Pretty much one of the best combo's ever! Tragic Slip could be nice for an instant kill spell, blood artists are good, don't like bloodcrazed. Cavern of souls would be nice since your only running vampires. Go with 2 or 3 olivia and 3 or 4 bloodline. Olivia is a legend so if you pull 4 your having issues with the legend rule. If you don't know it look it up.

Good deck. He's right about the bloodcrypts and the nighthawk. Id also look into falkenrath aristocrat. Its a heavy attacker with haste and a ability to make itself indestuctable by sacking a creature. Considering you have the ability to make tokens sacking creatures should be easy. Also I use some burn cards for removal and extra damage. Searing spear and brimstone volley are good options. Hope I helped.
I would drop 2-3 olivias and all the neonates (all they tend to do is get killed).put in 3-4 vamp nighthawks and some vampiric furys.i find uncanny speed is also very useful.Falkenrath Marauders may cost 5 mana but theyre very good if you can play them with a guaranteed hit on their first attack.
It depends in which route you want to take. If you want to go the expensive route definitely max out on the cavern of souls and falkenrath aristocrat. You could go in the other direction and just go for casual play with just basic stuff like what you have now. This would be nice just for say stomping your cousin at his house in a casual game. Expensive is more for competitive play.
