I think Gempalm's polluter's cycling ability in this zombie tribal would be nice! You just need to find a way to generate zombie tokens but I'm not sure that block can. Midnight Ritual in tenth edition does that but at the drawback of exiling creatures from your own graveyard.
I agree with AcerSiXX regarding gempalm polluter. That card can deal massive amounts of damage if played at the right time. That should definitely be added. Some other cards to think about are:Ghastly Remains - a cheap zombie with amplify and a way to get it back to your hand without needing gravespawnSevered Legion - 3 for a 2/2 with fear - cheap, simple and annoying for most decks to handle especially with a few warchiefs in playZombie Brute - amplify and trample - high cmc but it can get massive and hard to deal withAphetto Dredging - Return up to 3 of your zombies in your graveyard to your handCruel Revival - creature destruction with the ability to return a zombie your hand from the graveyardOversold Cemetary - constantly brings creatures from your graveyard to your handYou may also want to consider some other cards that put things from your library into your graveyard. This can help your deck for many reasons, especially with soulless one, and gravespawn. There is also zombie infestation from the odyssey block (just before the onslaught block) which is amazing as well. discard 2 cards, add a 2/2 zombie token to play. With a soulless one in play, if you discard 2 zombies, you just gave it +3/+3 lol.Anyway, just some thoughts :)

it looks really good actually. only a couple other thing I would suggest is take out 2 boneknitters and add in 2 more soulless ones, and see if you can squeeze in one more warchief if possible while taking out one of the gempalms. other than that, great job. :)
