I utilize a set of pumping creatures and spells to overwhelm my opponent in the early stages of the game. I also use several utility cards: removal; color protection; draw; a leveling creature; and a double faced creature/planes-walker to assist the pumping cards in winning the game.
Pump Cards1) Champion of the Parish: My goal is to trigger his +1/+1 ability to make him stronger by playing small creatures.2) Thalia's Lieutenant: My goal is to trigger his own +1/+1 ability to make him stronger by playing small creatures, while also increasing the power of each of my other creatures by +1/+1.3) Honor of the Pure: I use honor of the pure to increase the power and toughness of my creatures by +1/+14) Benalish Marshal: I use this creature to trigger the Champion and the Lieutenant; I use it as a 4/4 attacker & blocker if there is an honor of the pure out on the field; and I use it to pump up my other creatures by +1/+1.Utility:5) Thraben Inspector: The main purpose of Thraben Inspector is to create card advantage if I get mana flooded6) Path of Exile: I use this card to exile my opponent's creatures from play.7a) Brave the elements: I use this card to protect my creatures from global damage dealers such as anger of the gods, which does 3 damage to each creature and they are exiled if they die. If I am facing an artifact deck, I side board this out for disenchant because I cannot use Brave the Elements for colorless spells.7b) Disenchant: I only use Disenchant when I am facing an artifact deck because that type of deck turns my brave the elements null and void, so I use this card to remove my opponent's artifacts8) Kytheon, Hero of Akros: I use this card to force my opponent into trading into this card because they don't want him to turn into the planeswalker.9) Student of Warfare: I use this card to get a 3/3 first strike creature out on the 2nd turn. He is also great for using up any excess mana and he benefits from honor of the pure and Benalish Marshal.
