I have created an efficient soldier budget white weenie deck that overwhelms my opponents. Root-born defense and Return to the ranks are there to protect my mobs from board clearing.
The effiencey part is from having 1 more point in either toughness or power than a bear (2/2 for 2). For example my Elite Vanguard is a 2/1 for 1 and my Veteran Armorsmith is a 2/3 for 2. The anthem part is to turn my efficient mobs into even more efficient weapons with 1) Field Marshal: +1/+1 to all soldiers (all of my mobs are soldiers)2) Veteran Armorsmith: +0/+1 to all soldiers (all of my mobs are soldiers)3) Veteran Swordsmith: +1/+0 to all soldiers (all of my mobs are soldiers)
