Faster, better, more consistent, now in Bant colors.

How to Play

I always wanted to play Eternal Command competitevely, but it was too slow for the format. Familiar's Witness not only has integrated the Eternal Command lock, but makes it faster with Familiar's Ruse.

Basically you want AEther Vial (usually on 3 but can vary), you stabilize yourself with Kitchen Finks and Wall of Omens giving you card advantage. Familiar's Ruse can bounce any creature with a nice ETB effect that you can play again via AEther vial.

The lock Works like this:

Vial in Eternal Witness (returning to your hand either Ruse or Command). Counter and bounce the witness. (due remember that E Witness CANT be killed in response to Familiars Ruse, cause its part of the cost). Rinse and repeat to counter whatever they try to play.

Sometimes you will just be cycling witness againts attacks to win time. Others you will be Snapcaster Ruse to play Snapcaster again into another counter or path. This is where Vial is amazing.

Fun deck, hard to play, its a UG Shell, some splash red, some black, I went with White mainly for Path (over Bolt or Abrupt) and Restoration Angel, Coiling Oracle replaces Wall of Omens in a pure UG Shell.
