Deck Description

WU control deck, it can be tuned for most Modern meta matchups via the sideboard.
Comments really appreciated.

How to Play

Main win condition is Geist, he can hit pretty hard once enchanted. Geist hexproof makes him pretty resilient to the current removals, and the enchantments provided make him pretty much unstoppable.

Wall of Denial is an amazing card all around, bit more so in the current meta. Wall of Denial can easily shutdown a Tarmogoyf early and probably the whole game, and it is also resilient to most removal thanks to Shroud and High toughness.

Judge's Familiar is an amazing early beater and an extra blocker/counter depending on the matchup, it also along with the Wall, buys you a Lot of time needed for you to dominate.

It is still a control deck, and the tempo is crucial, depending on the matchup bit you usually benefit from Long games. You have an amazing pack of removals with Path to Exile as an emergency oh crap button, and Sphere of Detention is your versiĆ³n of Maelstrom Pulse in WU colors, but there are enough counters provided to make it worthwhile. It achieves the same effect forcing opponents to keep a single copy of a card on the board, helping with the tempo of your deck.

While Remnant and Spell Snare are amazing in current meta, they are pretty limited options depending on the matchup, Mana Leak has always been one of the best counters, and Render Silent combines a two excellent control cards in one Cancel and Silence, this helping with turns and tempo. You can simply shutdown an aggro midrange deck by Just burning their 3rd and 4th turns&drops.

The sideboard should provide solutions to other common matchups in Modern. Leyline of Sanctity its a single card win vs Mono Black control and Red Burn decks, while Meddling Mage is a Great solution to combo decks while managing the tempo of the match to counter them or shutting them Down with removal.

Supreme Verdict is the best global removal on the meta, since counters are far more common than regeneration (you can switch to Wrath of God to match your Meta).

Still some slots left to deal with Affinity and Tron, probably Kataki since it helps when aggro is needed.
