I like the lock down concept here, but whats the win condition? 1 Creature, and Black vise are the only damage output, if you are hoping to mill your opponents this deck with just turn it into an extremely long game and give your opponents a chance to react to some of your key parts. Aside from adding a win condition, you should bump the number of Psychic Spirals to at least 2, this way you can shuffle the ones you've already played back into your library
