Boros Battle Cry + Battalion. Pretty sick aggro. Capable of swinging for up to 14 on turn 3 (or up to 11 first strike-trample; turn 1 Legion Loyalist, turn 2 Accorder Paladin, turn 3 Thatcher Revolt). I doubt it'd be tournament quality aggro for Modern, but it's a lot of fun nonetheless. The combination of Battle Cry and Battalion seemed like a pretty natural step. I run Aurelia, but she's rarely needed; my real finishers are my 4-drops, especially Hellrider.
Despite being a 1-drop creature with haste, it's often better to reserve Legion Loyalist for about turn 3 or 4 if you have some non-haste Battle Cry creatures in hand. Example: Turn 1 Signal Pest; turn 2 Accorder Paladin; turn 3 Lightning Helix; turn 4 Thatcher Revolt and Legion Loyalist, swing for 17 trample-first strike, win if they don't block every bit of it. Also sometimes worth reserving him until even later, after the finishers like Hellrider, Odric, Firemane, or Hero have dropped to get the biggest bang for your buck without them seeing what you're going to do coming from a mile away.
