You might want to consider Dingus Egg, "Whenever a land is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, Dingus Egg deals 2 damage to that land's controller." Its an artifact that casts for 4 colorless. Make it just that much more painful for your opponent to lose their lands.

Painter's Servant and Grindstone is infinite. The rulings state: "The effect repeats as many times as it takes to meet the end condition." Painter's Servant makes all cards in all zones the color of the player's choosing, so the end condition is never met until target player's library is in their graveyard.
Its a really great and interesting idea. Unfortunately it doesn't work because Death Wish doesn't target anything. Radiate can only copy a spell which targets a permanent or a spell. Even though you can get permanents with Death Wish, the spell itself doesn't target the cards it retrieves. Keep thinking though, this could really have been something great.
Whenever Nemesis of Reason -attacks-, defending player puts the top ten cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard. Nothing in the card text states that the ability triggers when Nemesis deals damage. It triggers when Nemesis attacks. It could hit another creature, or the damage could be prevented, but so long as Nemesis attacks the person it is pointed at removes the cards.
Add in some counter spells, and take out excess creatures. What does stream hopper really do for you? If you need an early game card for blocking go with steel walls. Your other creatures are just as questionable, save plumeveil. Circu Dimir Lobotomist, Szadek Lord of Secrets, and even Oona, are good choices.
Domain won't work in this deck. All of the various Domain abilities count the different types of land among all the land you control, not the total number of basic lands you control. You have forests in this deck and only forests, so any domain value on any card in your deck - is one.
When I first looked through this deck I thought, "It's a wither deck...without a lot of wither creatures..." Then I looked at the enchantments you included, and realized that wither creatures would be redundant, since wither doesn't stack. The only addition I can think to add would be Puncture Blast, but that hinges on whether or not you think an instant wither of three is worth three mana.
