Try to build board control with open mana on opponent's turn and a large hand size full of cancels and burn. Play the guttersnipes and Niv-Mizzet with mana open to counter any sort of nasty spells they may have in store. Win conditions are niv mizzet damage through attacking and draw on a stick ability. Also the guttersnipes combined with instant sorcery play, burn spells. Sideboard is full of cards I'm thinking about swapping into the deck or cards I would actually use in a sideboard.
