Basically early on you use cheap creatures like grave caller to keep your opponent on the defensive, seeing as how you can re cast it as long as you control another zombie. Mid game you should be able to cast moan of the unhallowed and army of the dammed along with endless ranks of the dead. This will allow you to overwhelm your opponents defenses and with cards like Death baron you should be able to trade tokens for creatures. The call to the grave and grave betrayal combo, if you get it out, is just an added bonus to baluster your ranks. If all else fails you can resort to Grimoire and Zombie apocalypse.
