20 cards deal direct damage in a ratio of 3 damage to 1 mana. (Book burning is 2 for 6, and Rift Bolt can be suspended.) 8 cards deal damage without paying a mana cost just by sacrificing land. This helps push the kill through when your all tapped out. 6 cards give you extra red mana straight up, so you do more damage quicker. And 2 flame rifts for good measure. Usually will kill by turn 3 without intervention. Turn 1 kills are totally possible!

I would add a couple Lightning Axes with Fiery Tempers instead of Thunderclap for 2 reasons 1.... that combo with only 2 mana will not only stomp on anyones creature for 5 damage but it will also burn your opponent for 3 damage.

Why is Book Burning in here? The damage is optional, and you can only bluff that you have a dredge deck once per opponent, if that.
