This deck uses it's abundance of bounce cards to return your opponent's land back to their hand on every turn, forcing them to play an entire game with only 1 mana. I've played it and played against it, and believe me, it's frustrating as hell. Once the Strobes and Hazes get out, things basically shift into autopilot and you can slowly wittle their life away. Sure it has trouble with cheap mana accelerators and very fast burn decks, but this entire deck cost me 9 dollars to build...and that includes lands! I challenge anyone else to show me deck that has an 80%+ win average for less.
