You have a good start. The red Hostility should be in there in place of Purity, Vigor, and Dread as it can win the game outright. Wispmare is sideboard material except in group games. Fencer's Magemark is not good enough to make the cut not to mention no longer legal in standard. Run the deck with a lite splash of black and cut the other two colors. Wanderer's twig should go along with RoBH that never even had enough targets to justify running them anyway. It might be out of your pricerange but

Lands like Sulfurious Springs and a couple Graven Cairn can fix your mana while not taking up additional slots in your deck (Card Advantage!). MORE BURN it works well on it's own and combos wonderfully with Hostility.
If your using storage counter lands have spells like Blaze and fireball
