Deck discussion for Venser - Flick It, Baby!

Wow i've never even heard of flickerwisp, that's awesome. I'm in the process of making my own version of flicker deck so seeing these types of decks help.
But have you thought about fiend hunter? He's a nice little creature removal and when you flicker him with like cloudshift he's an instant exile for one, or anything else he's nice to have out and be able to re-choose who you exile.
Also I think momentary blink would be perfect for this deck, being as you can reuse it with its flashback(granted it cost 1 more than cloudshift, but the fact that it has flashback is so worth it).

Cool deck though, like the way you abuse flametongue kavu.

Thanks!

I made this deck for fun, I don't use it in tournaments, but it ain' that weak after all :) ... I play standard most of the time, 'cuz I think there R so many possible choises for decks in modern & legacy, it's harder to prepare for tham...

I like standard, 'cuz it's much predictable...

Check out my number1 tournament deck right now! :) ... : http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=343423

I checked your standard deck out, very brave doing a creatureless standard deck, I don;t see that very much.
Tho i don't play standard hardly at all, i'm pretty much all legacy and i've been working with modern now recently, there seems to be better chances to play in tournys if i play modern instead of legacy, not alot of legacy tournys around my area. I love the chaos that modern and legacy brings to the table, keeps me on my feet and always thinking that something could just come outta nowhere and combos i never knew existed. In fact the flicker deck i'm making is going to be a modern deck ( First modern deck I've ever tried to construct specifically for modern play, I've made modern decks and didnt realize it before and just called it legacy haha) I honestly just enjoy seeing the large amount of different decks and styles people play with on this site. I'm not much into standard but i still try to help with advice where i can and enjoy seeing the different ways people play it all.

Keep up the positive attitude, my man! :)

I like modern... When I started magic, I played modern only & I got interested in standard, when the original Ravnica block came out... I've played Golgari back than & after that, I made a Naya Life gain/deal damage deck...

The standard deck I showed U ("Havenfire"), won me 5 FNM-s without the loss of a game... The 5th time, I played it at another location... :)

It's the best standard deck I have ever made... I'm gonna' take it to GP & to much-much FNM-s :)

Well now i wish i could play it haha. Creatureless decks are pretty hard to do correctly and still have a decent win condition so kudos on that one. I'd show you the modern deck i'm building but i dont post decks here unless i actually have them built, and i wanna try it out. I technically have it put together already but i'm missing a couple key cards so im waiting to get ahold of those.

right now tho my favorite decks to play with are the angel/elf deck and my quick kill elemental deck

i have those both posted on my page, the angel elf deck if very quick and maximizes elf mana with genesis wave and primal surge, it's virtually unbeatable when it goes off unless something like worldfire gets played.
the quick kill elemental abuses kiln fiend and chandra spitfire to their best potential =p it can actually win turn 1 too.

Granted I love playing with all my decks, i feel i'll never be done messing around with them haha

Post the decks be4 U build tham & U'll get a clear answear if U should build tham, or not... ...or wich U should build for tournaments... Obviously U shouldn't listen to every1, but lotta' builders could give great suggestions for example what changes should U make... I've been given some great advices in the past 2-3 months, so it's worth to put 'em up be4 U build tham... :)
