Excellent deck idea, I would remove Betrayal of Flesh (too expensive) and Hallow (doesn't work with Reanimate because life loss is not damage) and add Exhume (whatever they bring back will die from annihilator) and Bone Shredder (let it die and resurrect as needed). Then, sub Zombify in for Breath of Life and you can adjust the lands to more swamps. Sideboard will need creatures for particular decks (practically any mythic rare like Eldrazi, Iona, etc.) and some Day of Judgments.

Have you seen Animate Dead and Dread Return? Also, don't use the eldrazi; use stuff more along the lines of Iona, Blazing Archon and woodfall primus. Iona just make you win (aww, can't cast spells? too bad...) as does Blazing Archon. Woodfall primus is just a really nice card to reanimate since you can blast their lands and stuff.

put magister sphinx in there. attack of surprise when you cast necromancy as an instant... (before the end of opponents turn, BOOM their life total becomes 10)
