Haunted Plate Mail and Mutavault attack. Mutavault can wear armor. Awaken the Ancient for a big threat. Dimir Keyrune can swing in unstopped (maybe wearing armor) for that last few points. Other key runes can be activated or help have the red needed for Awaken the Ancient. Swap in Dispel for instant speed removal and take out Awaken the Ancient. can go total control with sideboard all in.

anyone know what happens when thespian's stage copies a mountain that has awaken the ancient on it?

Thespian stage makes an identical copy of the land itself. Notice the first part of the text in Awaken the Ancients - "Enchanted land is...."... Thespian Stage is not enchanted with Awaken the ancient, and will thus not live up to this circumstance. In short - Thespian Stage will become a regular mountain with no special abilites, except for still having the Thespian Stage ability to copy another land later on.
