It's not overkill at all. The Zealous Persecution is important to keep. I run 8 anthems and having them stack is very important. I run a similar list with 4 Monastery Mentor. Pump out token spells which give you buffable Monks. If it helps you make your decision the pros all run 4 Honor and 4 Intangible for a total of 8 anthems. I pretty much copied my list off a competitive top 8 token list.
