Everyone of you are wrong

The main thing about doing the deck is to have fun while doing them, them test it if it works put it in a closet or a bag if not dismantle it, and surewhynot a deck can have 20 lands and be amazing, a deck can have 8 lands and win on your first turn i know you know this, if you mean standard(t2) play them there has been only a few times in magic that it is recomended not to use less them 22 lands...

but for me i that am a johny player and i love doing decks and i have fun doing them , the main plot of magic is creating fun and functional decks, a 200 cards deck can work... though not so well...

Have fun, magic should be a hobby not a profession

I also am trying to do a werewolf deck, check mine

I would recommend something to proteck them i use asceticism

also i would recomend a little bit of ramp so you can dump more werewolfes on the third turn.

and i owuld stay with the rare werewolfes only the commons and uncommons i like are only reckless way and the village ironsmith.

finnaly i would end the deck with some burn libe fireball

There are some key cards i woul put

Fireblast:
The big dumb Red spell that ends games.

incinerate:Like other Red spells, it kills things dead… But it also stops regeneration. It single-handedly managed to stop people from playing Twisted Abomination, wich is a loooooooooooooooot used

Barbed Lightning:
A powerful effect for a reasonable price. It can often be a killing blow, and it also takes out a large number of creatures in the format.

Kaervek's Torch:
The only common X spell that deals damage, which ends games more times than Fireblast. Oh, and it's hard to counter.

Swirling Sandstorm:
It is the only mass removal card in the set that can take out creatures larger than X/1. I know it is conditional – but you should still have them.

I win on my upkeep i enchant a creature i control with quicksilver dagger and apathy.

On my upkeep i do 1 damage and i draw one card it is still my upkeep so i activate apathy to untap then i tap to do 1 damage and draw a card then i activate apathy to untap rinse and repeat to win
