i really like that card, but i was thinking something lower cost around 3. something that would substitute Liliana of the Veil, i couldn't find a card comparison anywhere

for sure, it can be anything, i just need a replacement for liliana of the veil.. shes $45 and this is supposed to be a budget deck :D

hmm, the creatures we're decent. i liked lazav but hes a 4 cost, and the soulsworn spirits are good in limited. i wouldn't add them here.
something powerful like umezawa's jitte would be good, but it's 25$ a card :/
Well, how about just 3 Dark Rituals for increased mana ramp.
well the problem with that is they only add black so i might not get what i want.
Well, what about Hypnotic Specter? You have a card that gives your opponent cards, why not make it so they discard as well more quickly, and at that randomly.
I like that idea man, that's greatill add 3 of him in. he actually happens to be one of my favorite cards in magic. especially the old combo where you go dark ritual, and hypnotic specter turn 1.
there's also a card called royal assassin, idk if he would fit into this but i like the specter a lot
