This deck is designed to win the game with poison counters rather than damage.
Attack with any infect creatures you can when you have the chance. Use Blighted Agent to get in a poison counter unharmed and then use the proliferate ability of Tezzeret's Gambit and Viral Drake to make more of the poison and -1/-1 counters. Having multiple insect tokens with infect (such as the ones made from Phyrexian Swarmlord and Trigon of Corruption) will allow you to attack with a lot of creatures and have enough of them get though to get the tenth counter on.

not bad but your not really going to get anywhere without pump spells, you've got a lot of creatures but that can backfire if you draw the wrong creature at the wrong time, check out mine and give me your opinion, I've changed a lot of things in it so the comments aren't accurate anymore lol http://www.mtgvault.com/morrius07/decks/spread-the-infection/

Thanks for the advice. I will add some more spells to it and see if that changes the outcome any.
