Deck Description

Late blooming artifact deck with mild control in a multiplayer setting.

* All my decks are made for good times around the kitchen table. Card legality is a non-issue. Life totals begin at 30 rather than 20 to give decks a chance to develop.

How to Play

This may not be for the novice, but it's not too terribly intricate.

At it's core, the Master Transmuter is running things. Get her out ASAP. Helping her are the zero (0) casting cost artifacts. If she's stymied, the Amulet could solve some problems.

Use all critters as you see fit. Try to keep them on the table as they're difficult to get back into your library. The Glassdust Hulk loves this deck.

Aiding the assault will be the 'control' part of the deck, which takes some getting used to as far as set up. The Scepter and the Mirror supercharge the deck. Choose what you will to imprint them with, but I've found the Isochron Scepter + Snap combo works well and the Panoptic Mirror + Boomerang (or) Ransack combo is wicked, too.

As for the mana, I went with what I had to try and yield the most potential for getting cards out of my hand. I don't have stacks of non-consequential duallies, but if you do, drop them in this deck.

The Altars in the sideboard are to speed things up if needed. But, be careful that you use them wisely. They can hinder more than help at times.
