I only had a quick look through it, because it was so long. But you are right there.
I guess I should have read it more carefully.
But you could find room for Breaking//Entering, I suppose.

And just to clear up, MY deck has no destroy spells, because it focuses specifically on Mill (with a bit of searching). To compensate for the lack of destroy, though, it adds Unblockable spells for a smooth and easy win.

(couldn't help myself) sideboard some Memnite for the deck. They are pretty cool.

You MAY want to replace the Assault Griffin with Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts or Obzedat, Ghost Council, as they are both great Orzhov creatures.
Also, try to make room for Ready//Willing and Blond Obedience.

This is still a good deck, just wanted to offer some suggestions.

So did you read the description?
Use the mill to buff the Aberrations, and then make them unblockable.
And I went for creatures that gain benefit from milling, not make more mill!
Plus, I don't really NEED the creature removal.

For the record, I don't play mill. As in my deck's description, it is an alternative of a mill deck I have seen. So don't bag ME out if YOU missed some details.

So, if you want to win with DAMAGE.........
Try looking at MY Dimir Mill-to-Buff deck if you want some good combos.
It revolves around using MIll to boost your creatures and then making them unblockable if possible.

Maybe just 2-4 more creatures, and Flame Slash could work well in here.
Don't know what creatures you should put in, though.

GeneralM, you were the closest thing I have ever had to a hero. You are a legend, and in honour of you, I will comment on every single deck on here that I look at (as said in your post). Hopefully, I can look at a lot of them, but I apologise to people if I don't see yours.

Look at my Modern Esper deck for some ideas. I have tried to make it unperdictable, and it is very good.
